Christmas Snowflake Card ft. Stampin' Up

This card uses Seasonally Scattered, which is the very first Stampin' Up stamp set I got and one of my favorite sets of all time, too! I wanted to go full-on with the snowflakes theme so I've picked this die from Spellbinders. It was meant for creating snowflakes frames but I only used it as a border die here.

After heat embossing the image with white pearlescent powder, I applied a generous amount of distress inks to create this night sky background. Then I flicked some perfect pearls water droplets to the entire background to imitate snow flurries.

I've mounted the card front to a piece of navy blue pearlescent cardstock. The cream white card base also has the same pearlescent shine, but sadly I wasn't able to capture it in the photos. To finish off the card, I adhered some gems and snowflake sequins around the embossed image. Hope you enjoyed today's card! Have a nice day!
