Adding Background Interest with Geometry Shapes ft. STAMPlorations

Hi everyone! Welcome to STAMPlorations' Typografia Romantique event. :) 
Today I paired up the new I Love You stamp with the Zen Hearts stencil to create this rainbow card. I used Candied Apple, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Salty Ocean and Wilted Violet distress inks. 

I wanted to add some interest to the background, so I trimmed the edges of the front panel. I really like the asymmetrical heptagon design against the kraft card base. I hope you enjoyed this card, be sure to check out STAMPlorations' main post, too!

Ombre Stenciling ft. STAMPlorations

Hi everyone! Welcome to STAMPlorations' Typografia Romantique event. :) 

I decided to create a card with a neutral color palette (white, kraft, and black) with a pop of red. I used Abandoned Coral distress ink and Rows of Hearts stencil to create the background, and stamped the My Heart stamp with VersaFine black ink. Hope you like this mixed-media feel kind of card. Gold Embossing and Patterned Paper ft. STAMPlorations

Hi everyone! Welcome to STAMPlorations' Typografia Romantique event. :) 
I created 3 cards in total using this new line of stamps. For this card, I decided to go all pink and girly. 

Both the patterned paper and vellum piece are from Stampin' Up. And I heat embossed STAMPlorations' Our Story stamp with gold embossing powder to match the patterned paper. 

Here's the glamorous gold in action! I added some enamel dots and a wooden heart embellishment, and that finishes off the card. Be sure to check out STAMPlorations' post for more inspirations!
