Simple Layered Butterflies Card with Patterned Cardstock

Another butterfly card! I wanted to use some of the embellishment I recently got so here's this card.

I didn't have a magenta colored card stock so I started by applying some Picked Raspberry distress ink onto a pink card. Then I die cut the two butterflies, one white and one magenta, using Stampin' up's Butterfly Thinlits die. I also saved the negative pieces because I'm thinking about doing a die cut inlay card.

The camera didn't really capture the sparkle in the main photo, but I sprinkled some perfect pearls water onto this butterfly to give it some shine.
I added some silver thread and a pink wood button to the butterfly, then adhered it to a vellum circle. To finish off the card, I stamped a sentiment and tuck a piece of glitter tape behind it. It's a pretty simple, isn't it?
