This is my very first ink smooshing card! I have to admit that it turned out to be a little different than what I've expected, but I like the bright bursts of colors nonetheless.
I originally planned this as a Valentine's card, but the colors look too cheerful not to be a birthday card, LOL! So I die cut the "happy" die from gold glitter cardstock and finished the sentiment with a stamp from In Bloom: Julie's Roses set. I hope this card brightens up your day, thanks for visiting!
Challenges Entered:
Winnie & Walter 3rd Birthday Bash: Three Challenge (3 balloons, 3 words sentiment) / Sequin Challenge / Bright Colors Challenge / Mood Board Challenge (Inspired by the colors. Shown below) / Cute Critter Challenge / Ink Smooshing Challenge // Cut It Up: Birthday Cards
Uniko 5th Birthday Linky Party / Happy Little Stampers: Watercolor + Smoosh / Seven Hills: Tic Tac Toe (Animals, Watercolor, Bold Shades)
Oh, it's definitely a birthday card! You're right - the happy colors just scream birthday! (or bird-day! :) )
