Happy Birthday Tweet One ft. Winnie & Walter

Hi and welcome! I just realized that I've been creating so many bright colored cards lately. So for today's card I decided to go with a pastel palette. The soft colors and baby birds remind me of young children, and I think this could be a sweet baby card, too!

I decided to mix up images from 3 different Winnie & Walter stamp sets today. The birds and ''tweet one" sentiment are from So Tweet, the banner image from Framed with Evelin T Designs, and the "happy birthday" sentiment from In Bloom: Julie's Roses.

After stamping and heat embossing them on watercolor cardstock, I covered the images with Molotow masking fluid. Next I did a soft wash of color across the panel, dried it with my heat gun, and repeated this process for a couple more times. I also smooshed some color to give the background a little more interest.

I decided to keep this card rather simple by mounting it on another layer of white cardstock. Then I adhered some sequins and rhinestones, and that's it! I hope you enjoyed the soft colors and the sweet scene. Thanks for stopping by!
